lines on iphone se after ios 9.3.5 update

i am using iphone SE

i have updated ios 9.3.4 to 9.3.5 two days back (29-08-2016)

today(31-08-2016) , suddenly i have noticed vertical and horizontal lines on my iphone screen.

my phone never fell down upto now.

i restarted my phone several times , but the problem remains same.

and touch is not working and the phone is automatically opening apps and other stuff (may be late touch response)
